with Serious Development to design and implement a custom Executive Dashboard Module. The
goal was to eliminate the reliance on manual spreadsheets and siloed reports by creating a
real-time, role-based dashboard solution tailored for C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO).
Built on AWS Cloud and tightly integrated with Salesforce and EZ-CAP, the
solution unifies key operational, financial, and support metrics into intuitive, live
dashboards. Executives can now monitor KPIs across provider networks, portal adoption,
issue resolution, and marketing performance—all in one place, with threshold-based alerts
and role-specific views.
The project significantly reduced board preparation time, improved data accuracy, and
