Built on AWS Cloud and tightly integrated with Salesforce and EZ-CAP, the solution unifies key operational, financial, and support metrics into intuitive, live dashboards. Executives can now monitor KPIs across provider networks, portal adoption, issue resolution, and marketing performance—all in one place, with threshold-based alerts and role-specific views. The project significantly reduced board preparation time, improved data accuracy, and enhanced strategic responsiveness, marking a major step forward in how the organization makes key decisions.
